A Visit to Emily’s Print Edition

Risography is a mechanised form of planographic printmaking with a more climate conscious appeal than its traditional or digital counterparts. This particular edition is designed in response to the beautiful interior of a house in Kentish Town where Georgia rented a room. It is pressed with warm sunflower and red Riso inks made from waste rice-bran.

Georgia’s tigers often appear in her prints. They are a gentle keepsake lifted from a place of literary sanctuary she remembers from childhood, Judith Kerr’s brilliant The Tiger Who Came To Tea

This edition of 100 is scaled at 14.8cm x 21cm (A5) and produced in 2025.
